In the app (fastest)
1. Open WIT Cars and sign in with the phone number or email you used.
2. Go to Me → Settings → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are removed straight away.
Can't sign in?
Send us a deletion request with the phone number or email on the account. We verify it is you, then delete the account within 30 days and confirm.
Or raise a ticket in the app: Me → Support, "Delete my account".
What gets deleted
• Your profile, phone number and email
• Cars, odometer, fuel logs, expenses, trips and reminders
• Documents and photos you uploaded
• Bookings, memberships, sell listings, enquiries and posts
• Saved places, SOS contacts and notifications
What is kept
• Payment records, kept for accounting with the booking link removed
• Requests already sent to a WIT studio stay in the studio's records until you ask Support to remove them
